Eat at Moctezumas Tacoma on Aug 14, Tuesday
If you are in the Tacoma area, like Mexican Food, and want to help a charity.....Stop by Moctezumas on 56th ST in Tacoma between 5-9 pm tonight for a wonderful meal, and the chance to help the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
The owners of Moctezumas have graciously offered to donate 20% (less Alcohol) of your meal to the Hope Instillers. The generousity is astounding! The only thing you have to do to help out, is eat! They do ask that you bring a long a copy of the flyer to indicate that that is why you are there. The Hope Instillers will be on hand with some extra copies, so please don't let your inability to print stop you from joining us for dinner.
In addition, there will be some fun raffles.

The Hope Instillers are a group of Bruce Titus Automotive Group employees that are committed to this cause. This is personal.
Spearheaded by Renee Willis, the Hope Instillers have been a driving force each year in the campaign to raise funds and awareness for LLS. They have been one of the top 5 earning teams, and last year they were number 2. They really want to be number 1!
This team does it all from selling memory balloons and wrist bands to holding yard sales. They are truly committed, and be assured, the Bruce Titus Automotive Group is proud to stand behind them in their efforts.
Until something like this hits close to home, it is often difficult to find the drive to help, we understand, while looking for some words of motivation, I happened upon a piece of the email from the LLS Campaign Director, Erin Ashley. Her words were perfect:
Unfortunately, we all know someone who has been affected by blood cancer and
they are the reason we walk and raise funds for LLS… to support, honor, and remember those touched by these diseases. By walking together AND working together, we are touching the lives of patients
today and bringing hope to those diagnosed tomorrow. Your fundraising influence is evident right here in your local
community – LLS currently funds 7 researchers locally,
at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and UW Medicine,
with over 8.2 million invested in promising research in our own backyard!
